Meet Emily Pavot,M.Ed
Emily Pavot is a former Division 1 athlete, experienced coach, and current teacher. As the daughter of Olympian Becky Baker, she grew up surrounded by elite athletics and understands the mindset that it takes to succeed. Emily is passionate about empowering girls to become confident and resilient young adults.

Our mission is to help girls develop confidence, resilience, and leadership skills through athletic training and growth mindset education in a supportive and positive environment.
